A New Chapter: Embracing Motherhood

Hey there!

It’s been a long while since I posted anything. A very long while. Why have I been absent? For a number of reasons.

First, I was pregnant and allowed myself to take it easy. Second, I had a number of projects and chose to prioritize them over this website. Third, I delivered my baby boy 2 months ago, and oh my…time flew by without me noticing it.

So here I am, in the completely new and scary status of a mother, and very much dedicated to being more consistent with my posts and updates. Not only to help you but also to help myself.

I have been on a self-improvement journey for many years now. Some of my goals were more successful, while others focused on different aspects of my life (like the 125 goals I set for one year). But since I got pregnant, I felt an urge to become a better person, as that little one will copy my behaviors, whether they are good or bad.

My self-improvement work reached a deeper level from that point on. I started listening to various podcasts, explored meditation from a different angle, and found approaches that work for me. I learned about manifestation and how our energy can impact what we have in our lives. I exercised every single day of my pregnancy and ate better.

Experiencing all of this also empowered me to start this blog, although I haven’t been very successful in maintaining it so far. 🙂

So, where am I on this journey? It feels like I’m back at the beginning, as motherhood has turned my life upside down and made me even more confused about who I am and what is important to me.

But this gives me a new breath, new motivation to go back into writing, exploring, and sharing…hoping that my story, knowledge, and experience will make the same path a lot easier for someone else.

Sending lots of love to those who read this. I will be happy to hear your stories in the comments and for you to sign up to learn more about a little challenge I want to set up for myself very soon.
